門口值班的警衛及接待人員（一位很年輕的小哥）也非常親切，為我解決遇到的難處，不好意思沒有特別記到姓名，但真的讓人感到非常溫暖，又帥又親切喔！
Xintong staff are beautiful and efficient, thank you for her patience and fast handling of the business!
The guard on duty at the door and the receptionist (a very young brother) were also very kind and helped me solve the difficulties I encountered. I'm sorry I didn't remember the name in particular, but it really made people feel very warm, handsome and kind. !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a bit of restriction to open an account to foreigners, I am not sure why, I managed to open my account in the end but it was rather frustrating. However, recently they have delivered great service and been very polite. There is a new girl who can speak great English, so just politely ask if they have anyone who can speak English to help you. Don't assume they have the obligation to provide you English service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreigner, they have been extremely patient with me as I learn how the local banking system works and have always been eager to help me write out things in Mandarin that might be a bit complicated for me. The security guard is very kind, and with the greeter, is keen to help you get where you need to go and do what you need to do. It's definitely a Mandarin workout if you're still learning, but as I said, their patience is much appreciated!
