★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 系統差(每天一群人來解密碼鎖的，也不反思是不是自身系統設計瑕疵)、效率極差(一小時內走得出去算運氣極好的)、無服務熱忱(尤其老行員，讓人跑兩三趟是正常)、莫名其妙的規定多(一樣的證件附近彰銀、台企銀、渣打都可以辦，唯獨一銀缺東西，說是安全考量政府規定，結果火大清空帳號提現出奇的快，到底是防什麼？)佔著好地點，妨礙發展，關掉滾出去算了。
