★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一顆星都不想給，超爛的系統，手機網路轉帳功能開通了好幾年，時不時就來一次無法轉帳給非約定帳戶和常用帳戶了，只能轉給約定帳戶，真奇怪，每次都要請假去櫃檯再次開通，櫃檯效率超慢，開通個e指通至少要一小時，準備銷戶換家了

作業程序明顯有問題，號碼牌機業務標示不清，大廳大使來詢問也無法解決問題，不如不要問，浪費客戶時間。有夠沒效率！
