★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午要換美金想說前面沒半個人，以為可以馬上作業，然後因為是趁上班的中午休息出門辦事，我就餓著肚子空等一段時間，一問之下才知道原來我是在等那位有權限的行員在旁邊的一間小房間吃完飯才能受理，我能理解吃飯的重要性，但能不能有輪值人員?畢竟中午會去銀行的人很多都是下午還要銜接上班的，我也需要吃飯需要休息，並沒有比較閒啊！若真的沒有人員輪值需要稍後一段時間，那也可以先行告知客戶～

Then, because I was taking a break to go to work at noon at work, I waited hungry for a while. After asking, I realized that I was waiting for that one. Authorized clerks can only entertain after eating in a small room next to me. I can understand the importance of eating, but can there be a rotating staff? After all, many people who go to the bank at noon have to connect to work in the afternoon. I I also need to eat and rest, and it’s not more leisurely! If there is really no staff on duty and it will take a while later, you can also inform the customer first~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真心不懂一樣是銀行為什麼這家速度那麼慢？號碼牌只等2號，好不容易叫到號去相應的櫃檯，前面的根本還沒處理好，所以必須繼續等..但我的下一號已經在其他櫃檯開始辦理業務..還沒處理好為什麼要叫下一號來你的櫃檯？搶業績的概念？
我只是要換幾張紙鈔..前前後後等了快20分鐘還沒換到..去其他家進去出來用不到3分鐘..
I really don't understand why the bank is so slow. The number plate is only waiting for number 2. I finally called the number and went to the corresponding counter. The front number has not been processed at all, so I have to continue to wait.. But my next number has already started processing business at other counters.. It has not been processed yet. Why call the next number to come to your counter? The concept of stealing performance?
I just want to change a few banknotes.. I waited for almost 20 minutes before and after.. It took less than 3 minutes to go in and out of other houses..
