即便今天客戶很少，直接就臨櫃，叫號不是那麼快，承辦櫃檯的處理速度也慢。櫃檯人員也不太有微笑。
後來我還辦理各項申請的櫃檯，也好慢叫號啊…，實在效率都很慢。明明都沒客戶啊！櫃檯人員卻互相交談幾句或不知忙什麼也沒叫號。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這陣子去這間分行辦了三次業務，服務都不錯，理財曹云小姐給了我許多投資觀念以及專業分享，讓我選擇不錯的投資標的，第二次是在服務台辦理業務，七號吳小姐很有耐心以及熱心幫我解決網路銀行的問題，說話也很風趣。後來又去辦理股票業務，股票專員賴小姐幫助我很多，很親切很專業，真的很感謝。大廳的一迎賓專員林瑩姍小姐對長輩們很有耐心都不會不耐煩，總是笑臉迎人的幫客人解決難題，讓人感受到被用心對待的感覺，真的要給她們稱讚一番呢！他們這家分行真的人很多，有時的確會等待一段時間，但他們真的很努力在辦理了，只能怪蘆洲只有這一家第一銀行，大家都跑來這裡辦事，體諒一下行員們的辛苦吧！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything takes soooo long to do and service is very slow (waited well over an hour to be seen as not all counters were open). also like so many bank branches in Taiwan it seems no English service is available!
