補充一下:外面ATM只有2台 常常大排長龍 機器運作非常慢之外 還常常會有1台故障!

效率奇差無比 行員對作業不嫻熟
很簡單的業務就可以辦超過1小時
雖然很客氣一直說抱歉 但是每次去問題都沒改善 是教育訓練出問題? 其它行員也不會互相支援 一堆食古不化的規則 在其它銀行見不到
到底要不要認真改進 不然真的寧可跑遠一點也不想來這家

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是一家不尊重客戶等待、不重視時間就是金錢的銀行、因為離住家最近才來、之前開戶等一小時 只好先離開再度來又等超過半小時、只會官方說法要按順序等候、沒有任何團隊支援的作為!
其實我連一顆星都不想給、櫃檯素質真的很可以!
我特地請假來辦理耶、跟櫃台說:要辦理約定轉帳可以每日轉帳金額多一點、順便要辦理網路銀行開通!
這樣有很難懂嗎?
網路銀行是講「順便喔」
結果隔幾週要轉帳才發現不能用、打電話去問、回說兩種業務是分開的、說要特別講清楚!
不懂銀行業務是您們的專業?還是客戶的專業?
若認為客戶講不清楚、您們不需要特別解釋清楚嗎?真的是很傻眼!網絡都開通了、卡片不會想開通嗎?
沒辦理好通通說客戶沒講清楚就好了嗎?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATM機器壞掉 也沒顯示,扣了錢不吐鈔,如果有急著零錢民眾 不是被耽誤了, 打電話給一銀客服報修, 核對了10幾個毫不相干的問題, 最後回覆資料不符 不能處理 ! 沒見過這麼傲慢的銀行 , 最後 ! 避免造成其他人 的不便 與 不安 , 乾脆貼一張 故障, 旁邊還有一台正常ATM可以使用! 機器故障 人員傲慢 !
