明明開兩個開戶櫃，叫號碼沒有人、也不過號、人員繼續處理手邊事情。
我看到中午用餐應該都等不到！
拜託請加強人員訓練吧！氣死

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從來沒有遇到過銀行服務態度那麼好的，比頭份店好，很有耐心的教客人，連門口警衛也是，跟其它銀行真的差好多ㄛ，讚????

幫熟識的客戶抽號碼排，快過號了就跟現場等待辦理事務的人換號碼牌，這種行為是不是很棒～
來之前要三思或者先用App抽號
但是要等多久這就不好說，期待下一位分享評論

知道銀行人員業務多工作也比較繁忙，但我們來辦理事情的人員也不是都閒閒沒事做啊。效率可以快一點嗎？
The waiting time for opening an account is long enough. Obviously there are so many counters, but only 2 counters are account opening counters, so what are the other counters used for?
I know that the bank staff work more and they are busy, but the staff who come to handle things are not all idle and nothing to do. Can the efficiency be faster?
