銀行行員素質非常低劣
等候時間很久，但怕忘記帶到東西，會延誤我的時間，特地前去詢問，並且把原因完整表達，然後確認無誤，才等候，結果到了我之後，銀行行員確說她漏了一樣，正好是我沒帶的！
所以我等了40分鐘，就是在等心酸的
什麼爛素質！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門口的保全沒有功能，指示不清就算了，1號櫃檯有人2號先生站起來要讓我換錢還被他阻止！同樣左營大路上的高雄銀行跟台銀（同樣都是官股銀行）換錢動線流暢行員態度良好，連保全都彬彬有禮。同樣的業務在一銀左營分行等20分鐘完全沒進展，保全給人觀感差，連給一個星都嫌多！
