★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去辦理網銀約定轉帳,前面有三人待辦,有兩位行員處理業務,等了一個小時,終於要輪到我了,這時其中一位行員約莫無所事事的約五分鐘都不叫號,這時我忍不住上前訊問,我是幾號,輪到我了沒,他臉色略微不耐煩的告知-等一下,還是繼續閒著,後來接一通電話,沒多久樓上同事帶了一位客戶說要開戶,他就開始辦理,我上前詢問他為何不用等叫號,該員回覆,客戶是電腦取號,我問他幾號,結果是以經過號了,他還讓他插隊辦理,真的是非常不愉快的經驗。請主管來處理,也只是抱歉也敷衍了事,完全不滿意他們的處理方式。
當時是正午,我已經等一小時又餓又渴,快要放棄走了。

請問一天是有多少人在繳保管箱費用?原本的方式不是對我們保管箱用戶來說比較方便嗎?還是你們銀行好就好,管你們等那麼久,反正要不要使用保管箱隨便你們,要就等,不要就滾!
