★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一銀流程超級爛，更改證件字號要回新北中和分行（原行）才能辦理，這可能是整個第一銀行的問題。服務團隊之中有一名小姐之語氣及用詞就像跟顧客吵架一樣，真令人厭惡。看到專員與顧客之間有問題，後面的主管只是看而不會去協助解釋，若是做自己的事就算了還在後面看著雙方不停地講話，更令人厭惡。我來的時候，辦理開戶以及個項目只有一個窗口，讓人久等。不過，之所以給兩顆星的是給幫我處理的小姐，講話語氣、用詞、態度良好。

When I came, there was only one window for account opening and a project, which made people wait for a long time. However, the reason for giving two stars is to the lady who helped me deal with it. She spoke with a good tone, words and attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去過那麼多銀行辦事，這間是我遇過第一雷的，今天一號櫃檯那個老先生，都聽不懂我在講什麼，還需要旁邊比較年輕的先生教他怎麼操作，有夠傻眼，就是ATM無法操作我才來臨櫃的啊，搞事嗎？當初是別人推薦我才用一銀的，現在想使用的心情完全沒有，這個服務態度爛透了，請多加訓練好嗎？
哦對了，我離開的時候那個老先生還嘆氣，我才該嘆氣吧，過程中完全是好好跟你溝通，也乖乖站在那邊聽你介紹你們家的卡，我到底是來辦事還是來受氣

但有1位年紀較長的男行員態度很差，自己不熟悉系統操作都要問旁邊的小姐(甚至連列印都不太會)，我要辦理約定轉帳，還對著我碎念說這是浪費時間誰叫我不去外面一筆一筆轉，一下要我拿印章，拿了又說簽名就好，如果我可以自己網路用好我也不想去櫃台，態度惡劣又隨便，我全程都是客氣的溝通也備齊所有資料和證件才去，要來這間銀行的請小心而且要預留大量的時間以防遇到不會操作不熟悉電腦和數位帳戶的行員.
