如果有半顆星或是零星評論 我一定給 辦個戶頭要搞3個小時 然後也沒說清楚 讓人一直跑回去拿東西 開户到一半 櫃檯還讓人暫停等一下 要先處理其他客戶的事務 讓人坐在旁邊等到差點睡著 跑了第二次回來 都下雨了還叫人要不要先去其他地方處理事情在回來 說是因為要處理很久 到底是在搞什麼啊 最後連辦好的數位銀行跟卡片密碼單字 也能一張印好的 一張沒印出來密碼到底是連這種基本東西都能搞爛是怎樣 難怪整體總評那麼低

要開其他存摺,前面只有一個客人,櫃台有三個人,排快一個小時,客人走後,問了櫃台,是不是沒有要辦理的意思,等了快一個小時,櫃台竟然回說,剛剛去吃飯,等一下就叫號了,機車勒,我看妳們看了快一個小時,你竟然可以公然說謊,超爛的服務!另一個櫃台竟然還回說要辦其他存摺,線上申請就可以了,如果我要線上申請就直接申請了,我去你銀行分局幹嘛。真的沒見過那麼爛的服務素質!

公司最近搬來土城,之前跟其他間一銀配合很不錯,但來了這裡有得比較才知道,有夠慢的慢,處理速度有夠久,態度也是有待改善,之前問問題回覆的跟我問的根本沒有關係,結果還是要去找別人問,想換銀行配合了,來一次痛苦一次

一開始說要開戶,小姐聲音很小,問的東西都要請她說2次或是自己猜她到底在問什麼。 要我填寫公司資料跟個人的資料,然後跟我要雙證件。 但我寫好,東西也拿出來之後一樣聲音很小的問說要不要網路申請,之後就很小聲地講了很多我聽不到的話。 要網路申請是沒關係,但為何不ㄧ開始就問,要我浪費時間寫完之後才說? 之後在我申請網路銀行填寫資料的時候又聲音很小的說要xxxxx(根本聽不到)。 在我用的時候也不知道她到底在用我的東西還是做其他業務,總之就是感受到沒有關心我到底填得如何、有沒有問題。 用到一半還要我去別的櫃檯? 最不爽的是明明跟我講話時很小聲,但之後聽到她跟後面的客人講話都比較大聲,我在旁邊的櫃檯都聽得到,不知道到底在幹嘛? 要不是公司要用這間銀行,要不是別的櫃檯的小姐幫我迅速用完,不然根本就想直接走人!

I don't know what she was doing? If it wasn't for the company to use this bank, or for the lady at the other counter to help me use it up quickly, or I would simply want to leave!
