現場只有一個人在等開戶,等了20分鐘沒人要服務,是有多忙?不能先服務客人完再去忙嗎?真的很忙的話,我看等一整天也不會有人來服務的。

給零分-早上櫃台共11個窗口、3個開戶窗口,沒人願接開戶客人,接到的開戶小姐不情願寫在臉上,過程中說服我不要使用ㄧ般戶(因為要花較久時間開戶)、不要用提款卡、不要用存摺、不要用網銀(因為都不想幫我辦),每件項目都要我堅持、說服,最後花了我1.5小時以上,手續費300元,卻還沒能辦好薪轉戶..... 給5分- 下午再回來碰到年輕的先生,即使快到3:30關門時間,二話不說完成我的要求,雖然過程也是電腦當機,但終於成功辦成薪轉戶....因為他的積極和熱心讓我覺得ㄧ銀還是有救....

多年未與第一銀行往來,今天2021/12/23踏入民生分行,辦理網路銀行與申請visa金融卡與換存摺;櫃員以熟悉的動作,更新我的個資後換存摺,辦visa金融卡,網路銀行約定轉入帳號,過程中,建議增辦數位帳號以享每月免費五次跨提與十次跨轉優惠,當下欣然同意;該櫃員招來同事從旁協助及教導如何使用網銀,並一再以抱歉的口吻說過程需要時間盼能體諒,此二行員的服務態度使我有賓至如歸的感覺,應給五星級的評價;但美中不足的是visa金融卡需要總行製卡,所以下星期三仍需往分行領取與作卡片設定,若第一銀行總行的發卡作業方式能參考其他銀行之當下即發卡,以提昇對客戶服務,相信必可得到存款戶更大的認可!

If the card issuance method of Bank One's head office can refer to the immediate issuance of other banks to improve customer service, I believe it will be more recognized by depositors!
