真的像其他網友評價所說的 這一顆星是給冷氣。昨天(2019/01/21)下午 辦理結清帳戶 中午十二時從仁德出發到下午三點半 總共跑了六間銀行一家證券。 第一間中國信託仁德分行 不誇張 進去辦理到辦理完成出來 八分鐘內出來。 沿著東門路騎 第二間 土地銀行東台南分行 人多了一點 等號了前面三四位 也差不多十分鐘左右出來。 12點24分我領了第一銀行富強分行的綜合服務等待號碼牌 一看銀行內 等待的人不多 領號時顯示我前面有五位等候 心想人不多就等吧⋯⋯顯然前兩間銀行的效率讓我錯覺的 覺得我等一會應該就可以了。等候二十分鐘後 我開始心煩氣躁了 起身踱步 心想這家的效率也太差了吧 我就看看能等多久 這一等一小時 起身詢問警衛旁的銀行服務專員 這個情況是怎樣 我前兩家銀行路程加辦理時間不到半小時 這裡光等待就一小時 是不是銀行作業流程需要改善 而且其實後來越等臉越臭 其他行員即使察覺到了 也當沒看到 我也是醉了⋯⋯叫到我的號碼時 我才知道前面其實只剩一個人等待 其他四個早就在我進去前就不耐久候而離開了 而那一個是我進去二十分鐘後在綜合服務櫃檯一直坐著的開戶客人 最後我在這家銀行 下午一點五十幾分才辦理好出來重見天日。綜合服務櫃檯接待我的年輕小姐人很好 看她也是辦理業務沒停過 接受我抱怨詢問的年輕先生也很好 我還是覺得這個問題是內部程序安排的問題 當等待的客人超過一定時間 是不是可以有其他櫃檯相互支援 在我前面的客人是開戶 也深知開戶作業繁雜 我理解各司其職 但互信支援基礎上 行員機動性強大 若能減少客人抱怨 這是服務業宗旨。 在整個下午三個半小時裡 扣除我在第一銀行耗費將近一小時半的時間 我總共辦理了中國信託商業銀行 土地銀行 大眾銀行(現今元大銀行) 渣打銀行 大眾證券(現今台新證券) 台新銀行。我出門前一度還想著是被合併的大眾銀行帳號結清作業會最慢 沒想到是在第一銀行原開戶點 最”離奇的慢”。企業要成功 要長遠發展 必須從內部系統開始 當所有銀行都沒這個問題 就是你的銀行有這個毛病出現 必定是這銀行有待改善。 晚上回到家 跟家人抱怨起 沒想到媽媽去年三四月左右去辦理結清 也遭受同樣情形 因為要趕著上班經不起長時間等待 竟跑了三趟才完成看似簡單卻無比艱鉅的任務⋯⋯
