櫃檯小姐你應該是處理客戶的申辦申報,而不是跟客戶閒聊還自以為幽默。後面不知道還有八十幾位,八百多支眼睛在看在等,這麼愛閒聊這麼愛喇賽你怎不去參加全民開講?
反觀中國信託、玉山銀行,人家的業務處理相對的就乾淨利落,簡單明瞭且快速的替客人完成疑難雜症。別人都如此進步,就這家銀行的櫃檯讓後面等等客戶非常不是滋味。
我再強調一次,
客戶來申辦或者申請業務,是要解決問題,不是聽現在有什麼活動有什麼福利可以再申請。
排隊排到外面去說認真的並不是第一銀行業務有多麼繁重多麼熱鬧或者多麼難處理,而是人員訓練極度的差勁,事情處理也相當的不成熟。
除了差評還是差評。
還有大門的保安大哥,
你一大早臉就這麼臭,搞得我好像欠你八千多萬一樣。我知道你等一下要站著站到中午,非常辛苦,但也不用對一個歐巴桑不耐煩吧?在旁的我都看不下去。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原名「台灣商工銀行宜蘭支店」,創設於大正4年(1915)5月1日於宜蘭街坤門八番地(今宜蘭市中山路3段77號),該區是當時宜蘭街最繁華之商業區。1921(大正10)年新建辦公廳舍。為宜蘭地區僅存日治大正年間興建之銀行建築,採鋼筋混凝土加強磚造,其具西洋歷史式樣之正立面與其他三面之紅磚立面構造方式。室內立柱與營業大廳挑高,為宜蘭地區唯一尚保存完整此種空間模式之銀行建築,另創建時即採退縮建築設計,在宜蘭地區都市計畫發展歷程上亦相當少見。迄今百年仍保存原建築並維持銀行功能運作。目前仍有部分庸俗改建如貼磁磚、增建雨棚,希望政府能修復回原貌。做為百年銀行家該有之建築格調與氣質。
