★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 補辦業務只有兩個櫃台，等了十分鐘，七號以前櫃台都沒客人，大家聊的只很hi有過數分鐘主管才跳出來疏通，我的業務也才兩分鐘而已。分流效率待加強。

1.所在位置方便辨識、空間寬敞、環境整潔。
CONS：
1.充滿官僚氣息的風格，服務態度冷漠。
2.很多事項都要親自到櫃檯辦理，都什麼時代了，不能使用線上解鎖網路銀行與金融卡密碼。
3.平均等待流程也是比較久。
PROS:
1. The location is easy to identify, the space is spacious, and the environment is clean and tidy.
CONS:
1. Full of bureaucratic style and indifferent service attitude.
2. Many things have to be handled at the counter in person. In what era, it is not possible to use online to unlock online banking and financial card passwords.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank in Taiwan, went to this Hsin Tien branch yesterday, 10th May and the troublesome lady there on the first counter from the entrance of the ground floor forced me to fill out a form of personal information for changing my cellphone number and even lied me that other banks also requested the same but I didn't see this happened with the China Trust bank which I went to later where no needed to fill a form of personal information for changing my cellphone number and the attitude and customer service at the China Trust bank is extremely nice unlike here.
So angry that I even suggested to this troublesome lady to completely close my account with this bank instead of seeking troubles against me repeatedly with other matters as well and the worst thing is that the manager there seems no different as he came around me checking without showing support or care to listen to my complaints to him, felt very out of touch.
Is there any attitude of customer services here?
No whatsoever customer service here and felt like being in a prison cell here being interrogated like a criminal by this troublesome lady just for changing my cellphone number here unlike never experienced before in all other banks in Taiwan.
Is it a police station? If not, you don't have the authority to behave like one here!!! Or else this should be changed into police station !!!
Considering to close my account for providing the worst service here...
