同一天到新銀行辦相同的業務,不到20分鐘。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只是要辦理TT跟更換印鑑章的服務,前後等待到結束大概1小時40分,如果客戶很多就算了,5個不到的人到底要辦多久……?
感受只有浪費時間沒效率
雖說很多銀行都很努力
但唯獨這家一銀
突然讓人看到公股落後、退步的根源
每個人疫情期間口罩不帶好,每個行員聊天散漫,外匯不會操作,資料都需自己填寫也就算了,服務態度跟臉一副被倒會還是欠他錢,真的跑過這麼多銀行民營公股都好,最爛就這家,整個氛圍像菜市場,後頭的主管還會嗑瓜子~!?
這樣會有有競爭力我才覺得奇妙
