申請後等了一個多禮拜還是審核中，打電話去問才說「喔 我幫你確認一下喔」，然後就收到完成的通知了。
原來每一步都需要打電話去提醒喔，氣死欸^_^
開戶完成後等待寄送卡片等了一個禮拜，我明天要去打電話了^_^
