★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上過去補辦提款卡,前面還有兩位要開戶,門口接待人員態度不佳,因為前兩位結束時間3-40分,說我時間比較久不能在裡面等候?叫我出去自己看著辦,太鬧了吧,誰去銀行做任何事不是在等待,疫情期間行內座位縮減合理,重點當下沒半個人,人到了要我去哪裡等40分,有待加強吧,動腦做事拜託

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20220329去開戶,一坐下就被女行員推薦我申請iLeo數位帳戶。看到我半推半就的同意了,馬上從櫃檯飛快奔到我身旁並且掏出手機來,要我掃描還是輸入手機上的推薦碼。我當下懵了,還問了她一下,「這是妳的手機嗎?」,她還說對,是她的手機。(意即,她拿她的推薦碼給我開數位帳戶。)
到剛剛20220331凌晨上第一銀行個人網銀才知道iLeo數位帳戶有行銷活動,推薦者可以獲得100元的推薦禮,被推薦者可以獲得100元的新戶禮+50元的用戶禮。看了一下活動注意事項第三條,「本活動不包含本行行員。」
該名女行員是否涉嫌不當得利與業務侵占,得看她有沒有領到推薦禮。如果有領到錢,第一銀行任由員工明目張膽地做這種不倫不類的事,誰還敢把錢存進去?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上九點半左右在七號櫃檯短髮小姐讓人感受非常差,我東西都還沒放好坐下就一直催促詢問今天要辦什麼業務,即便我跟他說稍等一下,還一直咄咄逼人,確認業務後口氣一直很兇,一般民眾就是不知道該銀行的流程是什麼所以才去分行排隊,如果可以利用app處理好,大家也不願意去麻煩你們好嗎,重點是,在業務都還沒詢問時,他就說要付手續費,如果我沒有加以詢問為什麼需要手續費,可能就被白白收錢,因為我要辦的業務根本不需要手續費
雖然我不認為銀行是服務業,但是基本的相互尊重是必須的吧
忍著一肚子氣,不懂為什麼需要被兇來兇去
即便如此,過完年第一天開工的其他專員們真的辛苦了!
