我太晚看到評論了 櫃檯服務速度慢 處理效率差 櫃檯前沒客人就是不叫號 還先出來外面問你要辦理什麼業務(聽到感覺複雜的業務後回去始終不叫號),感覺是在等其他櫃檯先叫 真的是很無言的一家銀行 不會互相支援幫忙。沒有同理心怎麼會有好服務? 不過感覺他們是很不在乎評論的

打電話詢問是否能取消紓困貸款,因另一家銀行已經過件所以要取消,打去分行詢問小姐給我一組電話打去動保基金詢問取消,動保基金也說過非銀行人員是不能取消也無法提供相關證明,我又再次打到分行,小姐也是不幫忙處理總之叫我自己去問,後來打了兩三次明明都是同個小姐!竟然說他同事忙線中,謊報分機!! 那請問我要取消要找誰?

辦理事項時,業務直接用客戶手機操作,幫忙操作沒關係,卻用非常快速的手法在業務推薦代碼欄位輸入自己的序號賺業績,行員需要業績能理解,但這種未經過同意直接輸入的很沒禮貌,至少詢問一下吧! 行員有點年紀,不是歧視年紀大,如果很懂自家的東西沒關係,但是問個問題常常得不到想要的答案(例如詢問已經有第e行動app,為何還要有獨立ileo的app,兩者差異在哪裡?行員回答「因為ileo是我們的小粉獅」,然後ileo能做的第e行動也能操作,似乎沒回答到我的問題) 只是開通SSL及重設密碼卻花了一個小時,實在是處理的心很累,唯一一分是行員態度不差,只是處理及溝通能力希望可以再加強訓練一下
