★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 放款專員邱米筠服務態度很差，愛理不理的一問三不知，什麼事都要問主管，非常不專業，還會質疑客人，一附欠她錢的樣子，一直用話術拒絕你，連去兩次都被排到她真的很不舒服，最後換了一位專員，問題馬上就解決了，真的很無言....找不到地方投訴只能在這裡奉勸各位避開她。
Lending Commissioner Qiu Mijun's service attitude is very poor. I do n’t care about it and I do n’t know what to do. I have to ask the supervisor for anything. I ’m very unprofessional. I also question the guests. It was really uncomfortable for her to be queued twice, and finally I changed a commissioner, and the problem was solved immediately. It was really speechless .... I can't find a place to complain and can only advise you to avoid her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 於今110/10/8下午2點多去開戶，被勸退開數位，那何必跑本行一趟？後來請短髮戴眼鏡的女主管出來再次勸退，說有2人開公司戶。旁邊還空4個窗口，有時間要別人回家開數位，為何不直接開窗口幫辦理？該行主管危機處理很差，第一中央是否該督察哪裡螺絲鬆了?
I went to open an account more than 2 pm on 110/10/8 today, and was persuaded to retreat to open a number, so why bother to go to the bank? Later, the female supervisor with short hair and glasses was asked to come out again to persuade her to leave, saying that two people had opened company accounts. There are still 4 windows next to me. If I have time to ask someone to go home and open a number, why not just open a window to help? The bank’s supervisor is very poor in handling the crisis. Should the First Central Committee inspect where the screws are loose?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到底是為什麼要ATM提款一定要我從銀行大門進去，明明就可以不要與人接觸，硬叫客人掃OR code，量體溫，不是找麻煩 多此一舉嗎？
Why do I have to go in through the bank's gate to withdraw money from the ATM, and obviously I can avoid contact with people and force customers to scan the OR code and take their body temperature. Isn't it unnecessary?
