但3號和5號櫃檯小姐客氣有禮,態度極佳!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自身經驗分享,找唐先生辦房貸,說可以比較低利率成數比較高,卻一再提到壽險,最後在房貸確定日前幾天說主管對我這筆很有意見,除非綁壽險一起過,最後打去第一銀客服說情況說要檢舉金管會,該主管馬上出門瘋狂道歉並說他沒這樣說過,並說要帶他來道歉。
請有跟我一樣遇到類似情況的直接打去金管會舉報或者總行客服,別被欺負了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2/8打電話問2/9營業時間過後ATM是否可以提領到新鈔,行員回覆「可以」,還再三跟行員確認過,結果2/9營業時間過後到ATM提領現金「根本就沒有新鈔」,行員都不用負責亂回答就是了啦,害人白跑、別人的時間都不是時間是嗎!?

I went to the counter this morning to apply for transaction details, but I was embarrassed by the guide lady at the door. I was forced to go to the account opening window and wait for me to report the loss of my passbook. Then I had to wait for more than half an hour. I can’t understand that I went to the Anhe branch at the general counter. It took less than 5 minutes to handle things well, and the account opening window answered that it’s impossible...
