但是辦事效率還是有待提升
辦約定帳號竟然可以弄快一小
感覺內部有很多很複雜冗長的流程
都搞完之後
結果約定帳號竟然還要什麼SSL密碼才能轉帳?
另外行員小姐可能要再熟悉一下貴行機制
SSL密碼更改應該是要用網銀
ATM找半天才發現根本沒這功能啊...
PS: 台灣PAY綁貴行，動不動就壞掉無法消費，請再改進

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間銀行效率真的有待加強，還有行員連基本的作業系統都不熟悉，只是換新存摺補登，4號櫃檯女行員電腦用了超過10分鐘，以為終於好了，她才去問隔壁3號行員，結果他說沒有補過去…..之後再無止境等待，後面一堆人拿號碼牌在等，這間銀行是絕對沒有競爭力的。

The female staff at counter 4 used the computer for more than 10 minutes. She thought it was finally fixed, so she went to ask the next door. No. 3 clerk, but he said that he didn't make it up...
