★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can work it out! With a body-buffing array of the latest cardiovascular equipment and weight machines and free weights for every muscle, working up at FIT has never been this much fun. Especially when you treat yourself to an AWAY® Spa massage after the gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, (especially Penny and Andrea). very nice view, clean and nice sauna and steam room, beautiful swimming pool.....the best enviroment Gym center in Taipei。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equipped and nicely maintained gym but the machines need to be replaced with modern ones, especially when this place is operated under the W Hotels! It is very spacious with gorgeous view of the City.
