★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best gym there is, it isn't the biggest one but it has everything u need to get a workout done. The ground floor has 4 power racks and free weights. Second has all the machine which basically covers every muscle. Entrance fee is only 150TWD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was traveling and was so glad I found this gym, was immaculately clean and had tons of brand new equipment. Bathroom was spotless aswell and they also have free lockers for use. Would totally recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most professional gym that I've ever been to. And I worked out at numerous gyms in Australia, Asia and Europe. The initial assessment that I got when I joined was very informative and really helped me adjust my training to work better for my body. The gym is always clean and all their staff members are very experienced and helpful. 5-star rating hands down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy and comfortable gym near Zhongshan station. Went here for the few months I was in Taiwan and took personal training lessons with Eason. His English was just about perfect and he was very encouraging and knowledgeable. The whole staff were very warm and welcoming too. Highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym, well equipped if you're a person who prefers free weights to machines (like me!). Clean, well maintained environment. There is an area if you like to stretch afterward. And it's cheap, $150 for a workout and nobody pushing you to buy a 2 year membership like some other gyms I won't mention!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and excellent gym for temporary visitors in Taipei. I am a fanatic fitness person and value a good gym with good fitness equipment. The enviroment and service is the best I ever experienced in Taiwan gyms. Very foreinger friendly staff.
I definitly will train at this gym again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop-in fee 150TWD. One metro station away from Taipei Main Train station. Just bring a towel and a water bottle and enjoy your workout. Got everything you need in a gym, free weight/ machines/ treadmill/ foam roller/shower room. Perfect for travelers.

I'm visiting from the US and no gym compares with the large range of new equipment (Rogue, almost every machine you can think of, power racks, all kinds of specialized bars, weighted belts, etc.), the cleanliness, and especially the fresh green environment. I was pleasantly suprised when I stumbled upon fit plant. I am already looking forward to visiting again when I come back to Taiwan.
