★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working out at the gym for few months now and it has been a good environment to exercise. The equipments are well maintained and the facilities are enough for me to use.
Helen is my consultant she has been giving me practical advice regarding to my workout routines and other trivial questions. Very warm services are provided, I recommend her to anyone who are looking for places to workout in Tamsui District.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machines are good and I like the fact that recently during the pandemic, they have been taking the time to sanitize the equipment after each use. This is is a plus. The customer service is also pretty good! Helen always helps me out when I have any issues at the gym. She is very polite! I will defo recommend my friends to join.

However I am still waiting to see if they would approve my request to suspend my gym membership for a month while I wait to get my booster shot or compensate me for not being able to use the gym because of their Covid rules
