★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome way better then world gym. Affordable, Building is complete new spacious, well organized, most staff and trainer are super friendly, ask for Cora or Alan, they'll se you right up! Got a Sona in the locker room, free shampoo and body wash provided for showers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best gym I've been to in Taiwan. They've got a wide range of equipment for almost every workout. Also, the lighting is perfect! That's important when it comes to working out indoors, taking pictures, filming your workouts, etc. I'd recommend this gym to anyone!
