Trip cancelled 3 days before due to the fact that the yacht has to be repaired without clear and instant information. The repair time might take 2 weeks as far as we are informed. One cancellation for us is too much as the next trip might have to be organised in 8 months. It took us to form this group of almost 20 people and we are not having anything clear yet. Might update later if they cared(or not) about all these helpless attendants. Be cautious for this company. - Okay, after your explain, I also have some reply: 1. I believe that it is your responsibility to manage your business properties properly to avoid such occasions. If you cannot keep your boats safe and functioning, what is your proficiency? This might not be the right business for you to choose. 2. In terms of the make up date, you did not ask us about the date in advance but only offered us one single date 4th Oct only as an alternative option, this is rather confusing for us as you do not care if we are available on the date. However, I believe that it is our call to make another available time as time is also precious to us. THE TRUST IS RUINED ALREADY. 3.And in your message to our team leader, the term '賠錢出團' was mentioned, but this term is rather a complaint to us. Although there is no contract signed or payment made, it is not a proper way to mess things up with us. Do you care about who you are making up to? WHY ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO DECIDE THE NEXT DATE AVAILABLE? Plus you have our personal data in hand. I hope you can stop messing with other guests.

Extremely well organized -Eddy who looked after us was always on time. Willing to do that little extra, be it a Snack or quenching drink after a day on a boat. Made the experience that much better . Information regarding your itinerary and route was clear and precise, no surprises and we had a great time . Recommendations on where to eat and visit next also very helpful. We will definitely use them again and hopefully Eddy will be our guide again. ?

I would especially thank Fittrip yacht to have me a wonderful trip. At the beginning, they suggested we visit in the morning to have better weather. In addition, arranged the professional SUP coach for us. Furthermore, they prepared for beverages and towels. I would definitely say it’s the most excellent yacht company I have ever experienced. Can’t wait to join in the Mediterranean tour after the pandemic.
