洪	洪嬅蓁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的扯到不行，訂購專輯給錯東西，退貨後東西沒寄回原本下訂的超商就算了，也不是寄到退貨超商，反而是一間根本沒聽過的門市，有夠莫名其妙，生意是這樣做的嗎？能不能用點心啊造成客戶困擾也沒一句抱歉也沒有想補救的意思，打電話去問，小姐直接回答：你寄什麼東西？什麼叫你寄什麼東西？是不會問訂單編號嗎？要問訂購的專輯藝人就直接問是訂誰的專輯，問一句什麼東西誰知道要回答什麼？轉接過去服務人員說按照退貨的超商把專輯寄出了，我在北邊寄的東西你有辦法寄到南邊去，哪裡有按照門市來啊想騙誰，真的是有夠糟糕的購物經驗 It really sucks.
