★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 03/13 (一) 線上填單、03/15 (三) 交寄手錶、03/16 (四) 收到手錶 / 正式報價、03/17 (五) 匯出款項 (12:39)、03/20 (一) 確認匯款、03/23 (四) 維修完成 (校對時間 2-3 天)(13:51)、03/29 (三) 寄回手錶、03/30 (四) 收到手錶,整個維修過程耗時 18 天、近 3 周。有幾個建議與不滿,如下:
建議:
1、線上填單後,須加入 LINE 好友,在線上初步診斷,提供解決方案,接受後將手錶寄出,收到手錶後正式報價,訂單始成立。猜測是這樣的流程設計是因為全程物流免費,為了確保收到手錶再報價後,消費者不同意維修,導致去回的郵資支出而設計的流程,這樣做其實有點多此一舉,對消費者來說,都已在 LINE 上接受解決方案,才把心愛的手錶寄出,並且匯款,亦即早已同意了維修,而且正式報價的價錢跟上 LINE 初步診斷的價錢一樣,何必還要再「我同意」報價呢?而如果是為了怕線上初步診斷不夠仔細報錯價而多設了一個正式報價的動作,頂多是 LINE 診斷仔細點,或是與初步診斷的價錢不同時再重新報價,讓消費者同意,這一段的時間耗費其實是在消費者這一端,也能顯現 FIXspark 服務的細心與專業。
2、為何不直接在網頁上做線上客服就好,還要再另外加 LINE,那何必做線上填表的動作,其實也很怪。
3、客人透過線上服務將貴重的手錶寄給完全看不到的陌生人其實已是一種賭注的信任,但服務流程中表現的其實是一種對消費者的不信任,包括先前講的收到手錶後還要正式報價,另外還有要先匯款,這也是嚴重的不信任客戶,但消費者去實體鐘錶行修理手錶,有事先付款的嗎?其實少之又少,基本上是維修完後付款,消費者其實更應該擔心的是在整個服務的流程中,被完全看不到的陌生人弄壞手錶、維修得不精準、寄送亂丟包,或手錶從此不見蹤影。
4、宣稱的專人到府收送,其實只是黑貓宅急便,還要自己送去小七,另外宣稱的宅配專用包裹,完全沒有展現出專業的質感,用破爛的紙盒、SWATCH 的塑膠包裝盒,就權充專用包裹,完全就讓人第一印象破滅。如果是這樣,還不如讓消費者自己包裝好自己的手錶,然後再列印免費宅配條碼貼在包裝上,透過小七交寄過去就好,何必還要再浪費時間呢?
5、因為服務的發生過程是在網路上,所以對消費者而言其實是虛無飄渺的,應該透過定時回報維修照片讓消費者安心,也才能顯示出服務的專業與細心。
不滿:
1、匯出款項是週五、確認匯款是週一,看似合理,但匯出款項的時間是在週五中午 12:39,為何下午不確認匯款,硬是浪費了一天。
2、03/23 (四) 13:51 回傳維修完成後,說還要校對時間 2-3 天,但直到 03/28 (二) 詢問後,03/29 (三) 才寄回手錶,校對時間的工程感覺比較浩大。

And if you are afraid that the initial online diagnosis is not careful enough to report the wrong price, you have set up an official quotation. At most, it is a LINE diagnosis, or you need to re-quote when the price is different from the initial diagnosis, so that consumers agree. The time spent is actually on the consumer side, and it also shows the care and professionalism of the FIXspark service.
2. Why not just do online customer service directly on the webpage, and then add another LINE, then why do you need to fill out the form online, it is actually very strange.
3. Customers sending valuable watches to completely invisible strangers through online services is actually a bet trust, but the performance of the service process is actually a distrust of consumers, including the receipt of watches mentioned earlier Later, a formal quotation is required, and there is also a remittance first. This is also a serious mistrust of customers, but consumers go to physical watches to repair watches. Is there any payment in advance? In fact, there are very few. Basically, the payment is made after the repair. In fact, consumers should worry about the watch being damaged by invisible strangers during the entire service process, inaccurate repairs, and littering Bags or watches have never been seen.
4. The claimed person delivered to the house for delivery. In fact, it was just a black cat house urgent delivery. He also had to send the small seven by himself. The other claimed house delivery package did not show a professional texture at all. 1. The remittance is Friday and it is reasonable to confirm the remittance is Monday. However, the time for remittance is 12:39 noon on Friday. Why the remittance is not confirmed in the afternoon is a waste of a day.

3.如果對維修報價不滿意,免費送回
4.維修價比知名店家(原購買處)便宜
缺點:1.耗時太久,收錶要2天/送回要兩天,
維修保養要10-15的工作天,
原廠或 錶店只要3天
2.保養的價格跟一般錶店差不多,
沒有價格的吸引力

覺得高雄都沒有符合我期望的!
突然想起住基隆上網爬文發現的FIXspark,
所以就加官方line詢問等報價,
當中店家還說我有急用可以幫我急件處理,
真的很貼心!
從收件到保養寄件回來,有任何問題的話,
只要line上詢問都能得到回覆!
回覆速度也算快!而且很客氣!覺得很棒!!
價格的部分完全不用擔心會修完才報價!
店家都會收到手錶請技師報價,
若不符預算或不想做某項功能保養(檢測)都能提出!不會強迫消費者消費!
若溝通完成還會mail正式報價單!
我覺得還蠻有保障的也比較不會有爭議!
總之,第一次的消費體驗!我覺得很棒~
下次保養手錶還是會選擇這裡!

3. 價格透明,店家收到錶會先評估維修價格並通知顧客,可接受再修,不接受就原錶寄回,同樣不收運費。
4. 維修專業,之前錶一直走走停停很困擾,兩天前收到維修後的錶,目前走走停停的狀況已無再發。
值得推薦得好店家?
