★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and trusted service. Battery suddenly died then could not power my mbp 2011, sent over to them and immediately found it was a motherboard issue. The repairing cost was fair compared to other Apple distributors. I'm in Kaohsiung but it was super worthy to have it send all over to Taipei to have them fix the laptop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
No picture of the laptop because I'm using it now to publish the review, very happy with the service indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my dead 2015 macbook air, and owners were very careful during inspection to diagnose the problem. After finding out it was a logic board issue, they suggested I might be better off buying a new laptop as the price of a new logic board was nearly the same as a secondhand macbook air. The inspection itself was free -- I was only charged for data transfer, which I requested after finding out my hard drive was still salvageable. Overall, I'd highly recommend this shop -- it's clean, owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they can communicate well enough in English. Thank you!!

And they are also very generous. :) I think trust is something important no matter what at business. You can trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my old 2012 MacBook Pro, which had problem to connect the SSD. They figured out the problem very fast and solve the issue by replacing my old drive cable. Besides they carefully check the condition of other components and find out my battery wasn’t in good condition. They offer me a second hand battery, which is still in better condition than mine, from an old computer and replace my old without any fee. I highly recommend this shop. They are friendly and polite. More importantly, they are able to communicate well enough in English. Efficient and nice repair service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to replace my battery, for my old Macbook (2011). Need to wait 1 week but it's fine, since I am not in hurry. The service is fast and friendly. Good English. Have a excellent experience there. The price is cheap comparing with others. They also replaced my rubber pad and cleaned my laptop's dusty inner part. For international students in Taiwan, this shop is highly recommended, they would not drain your money. May this shop prosperous for a long time.
