Several of their bread items are made with imported hi-quality flour from Japan. I prefer their “Yamasaki toast” by using tempered butter spreading over it. City Super Flavor Field's branch at Taiyuan B2, Taichung. Except for some items supplied by the central factory, the toast and bread produced on site are made of meat. Japanese imports of flour are of good quality. Toast-like British toasts are made using lard ingredients. Yamazaki bread is finely added with black glutinous rice.
