★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 staffs total to serve 50 customers with meals and pour-over coffee. Very clever workload management. We waited 15min after being seated to take our order and another 20min for first cup of coffee to serve after the waitress taking our order. And another 20min till 5 remaining cups to get to our table.
