客服態度極差,以為開頭說句您好,就能用有禮貌的口氣,說著相當無禮的話語,這間販賣禮品的店家,成功毀壞了送禮人的心意。 提供了錯誤黑貓單號,第一時間不是確認,而是指責顧客輸入有誤,在要求給個合情合理的說法後,反而一口咬定顧客不在家無法收貨。 試問在無法得知運送過程的情況下,顧客要怎麼做到出貨日後,隨時在家待命?難道就為了收不知道到底有沒有出貨的商品。 客服相當不專業,希望店主把拿去IG打廣告的資金,聘請一位有常識的員工,至少像便利商店員工一樣擁有基礎的應對話術。 以上,我會勸告其他有送禮需求的朋友拒買,畢竟購物體驗糟糕至極。 【更新】 自己也回答了單號打錯,還說是不實指控,真的是一間悲哀至極的店家,如果要貼對話記錄還煩請貼完整,謝謝。 退一步確實我弄錯時限,完全不知道2/11出貨隔天就會到貨,官網訊息一直顯示處理中,要我通靈商品已寄出,說實在辦不到,最後一封回信直接開罵顧客,只有我一個人看見真的很可惜,希望能直接業主回覆^_^ 【回應業主】 我的訂單明明收到貨了,狀態還在處理中哦!要不要維護一下網站再營業呢? 我沒想過竟然有人去查我的記錄,我給過那麼多五顆星會直接無視,直接批評顧客專給低分評價欸,太優秀了吧,這樣你永遠都是最棒的哦?好正能量的店家,正能量到後面失控的威脅提告的留言都不放出來呢!可能評論與信件的「完整」是什麼無法理解吧?看在客服的處理能力如此低下的份上,我還是能夠體諒的。 我是不希望浪費司法資源在這種雞毛蒜皮的小事上,一聲道歉沒有那麼難,雖然你們習慣第一時間指責客人,再補一句不好意思就敷衍過去,別說基本話術連標點符號都不會用,還好意思做服務業。從頭到尾我說的感受都是真實的,希望其他看到評論的人可以斟酌,全台灣,至少台北不是只有一間賣玫瑰花和馬卡龍的店,其他店除了實惠,也不會動不動就要告客人誹謗。
