，在預約的時候她們的小姐要求我說要配合醫生的時間，那跟她約好下午2點，結果她通知我3:30去，在這之前根本沒問過我改成3:30可不可以，第ㄧ次去診所諮詢，諮詢的過程中感覺超差的，覺得這個諮詢師很不專業態度差，講話也很沒禮貌，並且她都問一些無關緊要的事情，不懂跟醫美有甚麼關係，真是無言，本來準備去諮詢完然後在那里打肉毒的，最後決定還是不在那里打了

術後照顧及後續預約都沒有詳細的解說…
完全就是只有很關心你要不要再買療程……….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 君綺的服務一直都在水準之上 文心店來過幾回 每回感覺都不錯 但我今天特別要感謝與表揚一下服務我的美容師與護理師 今天下午發生一些小插曲 就是每位客人都等醫師等很久 當然囉！客人抱怨難免 但我看君綺的服務人員都相當有耐心同理心愛心與技巧 輕聲細語臉色和悅來處理不耐久候治療的客人 尤其是peipei 美容師與米米護理師 (抱歉如果有寫錯名字 請包涵) 她們真的很棒（ 還好有妳 感謝有妳 有妳真好）
