a	a-mei ye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.客服超難打通 2.機器放兩個月說會回電報價沒下聞 3.內湖店全店只有一個工程師‘’會修舊機器‘’ 4.早上打前台說工程師開會不能接下午打維修部說工程師去上課根本不在ps:還要等他一週才會回來 5.事情未交辦說什麼事都要問工程師…. 拖這麼久回個電很難嗎？事情交辦給同事很難嗎？客戶都打來催了還不能處理是哪招？ 1. Customer service is super difficult to get through 2. The machine has been put for two months and said that it will return the call and the quotation has not been heard. 3. There is only one engineer in the whole store in Neihu store'' who can repair old machines'' 4. In the morning, I called the front desk and said that the engineer could not pick up the meeting. In the afternoon, I called the maintenance department and said that the engineer was not in class at all. PS: It will take a week for him to come back. 5. If the matter is not assigned, ask the engineer for everything. . . . Is it difficult to get a call back after so long? Is it difficult to delegate things to colleagues? What's the trick?
