A very impressive temple. The work that has gone into this place is amazing. Spend sometime walking everywhere and remember to take a camera.

Lots of sites are under construction. Everything is new and peaceful.

It is a spectacular Buddhist complex. Whatever you have Buddhist faith or not, it is a place of worship but also a true place of art and culture. The most amazing thing is the large number of statues. It is pleasant to walk among all these many characters, and to be sensitive to the style of the sculptures, the painted or raw statues, the different materials used (rock, wood, metal and all their nuances), the different sizes (from child size to building size) and different backgrounds (as some statues are outdoor and some indoor). Second, the wall carvings will also surprise you, with their unusual size and fine carving. Main hall building will leave you speechless and there is also a large collection of huge stones in the gardens, some simply roughly polished, some with cuts, carvings or writings. Walking among all these artistic treasures and considering the considerable amount of time the artists spent on these sculptures will make you think deeply. But it's also very relaxing and peaceful, to stroll here and there, with the traditional Buddhist background music. So the place is amazing for a visit for its artistic and cultural potential if not for religious purposes. If you visit on weekdays, there are not many visitors. Last but not least, spare 2 hours minimum for the place.
