蛋糕內層的芋泥餡個人認為甜度恰當，和些微濕軟的蛋糕層很搭調。外圍一圈的手指蛋糕口感類似馬卡龍，外觀和口感都有不錯的水準。
但在消費者的角度還是希望售價可再低一些。

肉桂捲口感偏乾，裡面粉體不夠濕潤，吃的時候一直掉粉，可能不是我的菜
可麗露外面有點烤太焦過硬了，吃的時候沒有焦糖香氣，是純粹烤焦的味道，不過裡面口感還是綿密濕潤，就是外皮有點掉漆
