A gem in the alley for connoisseur who enjoys simplicity in food with a bit of surprises through fusion. French fries with confit garlic - thinly sliced fries lightened with basil. Garlic flavour is fused in grease so not too strong. The oily taste may be stronger than expected due to the cooking method. Not so good when cold. Pumpkin soup - extra creamy type of pumpkin soup. They made sure to degrade the texture. Not overly flavoured. Pan fried frittata with prawns and cheese - it’s fluffy just right while keeping the interior plentiful enough to keep you interested. The ingredients are pure and the managed to keep its true. Personal favourite! Pepper coulis risotto with confit duck leg - risotto and duck leg is good by each and cooked right. Kinda standout by each in my personal opinion. Roasted special fish kama - nicely grilled and ornamented with spices lightly. Impressed by their ability to pick a good one for the dish! Linguine with chicken and fermented bean curd - they definitely know how to prepare pasta while the mixture is challenging. Depends on how accepting you are on such kind of fusion, you may find your new favourite!
