送來的餐點全部都是冷的,冷到湯上面浮著一層凝固的油,反應問題給客服只說了一句下次改進就沒了,是叫我吃餿水?
反應客服延時問題永遠只有那幾句官方說詞,然後再丟一張瞧不起人的40元優惠卷給我,我的時間一分鐘0.2塊?然後就眼睜睜看著預計送達時間改了8次,真有你們的欸熊貓。
這一顆星也是給有禮貌的外送員,這爛公司絕對沒資格拿任何一顆星,pro也白買了,推薦各位趕快換ubereat,至少不會讓你們等3個小時

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1:55分刷卡完成訂單成立,系統顯示餐點預計送達時間一直往後延遲,直到快3點詢問客服也只會一直丟罐頭訊息,後來受不了直接打電話給餐廳詢問訂單餐點的狀況,餐廳告知老早外送員就已經取餐完成。外送客服卻一直不正視問題,一直丟罐頭訊息然後告知我們餐點預計4:45分抵達!我的餐點都已經從餐廳取餐走要兩個小時的時間了?請問來的餐點是否還能安心食用?客服只會一直回覆如若收到餐點有問題再跟他反應!反應個毛!客服爛的跟什麼一樣!我賭餐點取餐完成才聯繫不到客服!叫他們退款要取消訂單卻告知我們先前的客服因為給了我們30塊折價卷,所以這張訂單不能取消退款!好好笑!是我們像乞丐一樣跟他們乞討這30塊優惠卷嗎?根本沒在開心拿到什麼優惠價,只覺得會氣死還有餓死!然後客服最後還直接關閉客服對話?沒有要正視處理消費者的問題!這平台真的是爛到不行!大家真的不要用!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 說真的如果不是為了留差評,我連這一顆星都不想打。是事情是這樣的,就在剛剛熊貓訂單延遲了整整2小時,我想說算了,下雨天估計店裡消費顧客多,我直接取消訂單就行(哪怕我上班已經來不及吃了,直接空腹),結果當我傳訊息給客服時,客服不是要罐頭訊息轟炸我,就是一直莫名安撫我說再15分鐘就到了,我嶄釘截鐵的說“但我沒時間等了”,於是客服便說“好,這就幫你取消訂單”,過了20幾分鐘,我看見熊貓介面上出現訂單外送中的消息,還一次2臺車,我滿臉疑惑,剛剛不是取消訂單了嗎?而且送來麵都坨了,我還怎麼吃啊,於是我再度詢問客服,此時客服不知道是哪裡有問題,一直用罐頭回覆我“50分就到囉”、“抱歉訂單延遲囉”我覺得我從未像現在這樣一股火都升起來了,我就說“我取消了,已經跟前一個客服取消了,到底是想怎樣?”這時客服才像如夢清醒一樣,“正式”幫我取消訂單。我不是要怪外送員或店家,因為訂單延遲情況一定會發生,只是foodpanda 的態度和行事可以有誠意一點嗎?一直傳罐頭是什麼意思,消費者在跟你告知問題,你們就這樣敷衍了事??如果今天只是過了5分鐘你還沒取消訂單我就算了,估計你還在忙,但今天半小時都過去了,你們依然沒做好服務,難道我不該生氣嗎?罐頭訊息已經不是第一次了,每一次都是這樣,foodpanda 如果有把消費者放在第一位,請做好服務!!否則諸如此類的問題只會一而再再而三的發生,筆鋒至此,我刪了熊貓app ,改用uber eat,希望uber 不會讓我失望。

訂餐點常常都使用刷卡,只因今天在忙不小心給外送員等十幾分鐘沒接到電話不然平常都會提早到門口等外送員,之前餐點一直延後不然就是給我兩個小時自動取消我也沒怎樣,今天我錢付了說不能退,你好歹東西也掛在門上或地上我這又不是大樓,獨棟的拜託一下,跟客服反應說是照公司流程不給退款有沒有補償一直複製官方回覆,這樣誰敢先付款?
都給錢了就是要吃東西,搞什麼東西
長大這麼大第一個負評就給你們了^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天晚上20:27刷卡訂購生鮮準備煮晚餐,等了一個小時訂單還是呈現處理中狀態,於是打電話到訂購的全聯商家確認,店員告知沒收到此筆訂單,於是聯絡app客服,客服回覆訊息超慢,還說外送員已在路上要我們等到21:48然後客服就離開聊天室從此消失不見!我繼續等到22:12,連後續如何處理都沒告知,訂單默默呈現被取消狀態,我上網查了各種客服電話打去都空號,找不到任何人處理這件事情,後來直接找到臉書訊息,結果得知我的訂單被取消是因為買的東西缺貨?!缺貨為何不儘早告知讓客人足足等了一個多小時?最後還騙說外送員在路上?後續還默默收到$50抵用券想打發我!整個服務和態度差勁到給我$500賠償我都覺得少,重點是到現在晚上11點才把退款事宜處理完畢,然後我到現在晚餐都還沒吃,實在爛到爆!!
