★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 體檢中心標示下午1:30-5:00,1:30,第一次等到2:30護理師還沒回來(門鎖著燈關著)收垃圾的大哥敲門也說門鎖著貌似裡面沒人,明明外面有人等候準備體檢,第二次準時抽號碼排等到2點還沒叫號!其他護理師敲門進去 我在門口隱約看到裡面的護理人員原本趴著,是被開門才起來伸懶腰!明顯效率不彰又浪費候診時間!真的是爛到極致.
The physical examination center marked 1:30-5:00 pm, 1:30 pm. The first time the nurse didn't come back until 2:30 (the door was locked and the lights were off). The elder brother who collected the garbage knocked on the door and said that the door was locked and there seemed to be nothing inside. Man, there are obviously people waiting outside to prepare for the physical examination. The second time I picked up the number line on time, I waited until 2 o'clock and didn't call the number! The other nurses knocked on the door and went in. I vaguely saw the nurses who were lying on their stomachs at the door and got up and stretched when the door was opened! Obviously inefficient and waste of waiting time! It's really rotten to the extreme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.12.21開車停在院區停車場後,走到後門被院方人員阻擋(以往可從後門自由進出),告知需從正門進入,讓老人家蹣跚步行繞一圈到正門。
建議在停車場入口閘門,明確圖文告示唯一進入院的入口就是正門,避免行動不便者不明走到後門才知,浪費病患時間及力氣,謝謝。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛死了 不管醫生還是護理師都很囂張 態度隨便 非常散漫 第一次住院聽到這麼多次完整的呼叫鈴 病人按很多次都沒接起來 辦個診斷證明 診間推給急診 急診又推給服務中心 這附近沒有別的醫院競爭 才會這麼囂張 貴院的護理師應該很多都是自己輔英的學生吧?就是爛的學校才教育出爛學生 我不是這裡的人不知道這間這麼爛 發生事故當下我只想就近 沒想到這間這麼爛 住院第四天才看到主治醫生 而且明明受傷很嚴重 診斷證明確輕描淡寫 明明很多更大間的醫院都會詳細描述縫合口 結果這裡的醫生直接丟一句 你們要拆線的時候就要講 沒講的話沒辦法知道縫幾針 誰知道呢 ?我也從沒來過這麼爛的醫院 之前在別的大醫院一定會事先告知的 醫生和護理師沒有事先聲明 之後回診患者請醫生診斷證明開詳細一點 醫生丟一句拆線的時候就要講 什麼鬼啊?而且拆線的時候根本沒拆乾淨 患者自己回家了 把傷口泡軟才把線弄出來的 住院時告訴他們沒拆乾淨。結果直接上來就要拿刀片刨結痂處 我看沒反抗的話就刨下去了吧

啊?就是不舒服才來看的,
怕你不清楚,所以將症狀及不舒服給你說個明白
好讓你(醫生)評估判斷能做什麼…
聽完我的敘述(頭脹痛想吐),醫生態度隨便 又說我小題大作,好像我無病呻吟??

體諒你們醫院的醫護人員很辛苦,我禮貌諮詢,換來的是你們這樣嘲笑患者

邊笑邊說是我反應過度,說我把不舒服的徵狀怪罪於前些天摔下的的事故⋯⋯
我真的就是從高處摔下,才出現的不舒服啊⋯⋯我的頭很痛啊想吐啊⋯。
尤其是那笑得很大聲很開心的護士,沒禮貌

婦產科醫生說我可能有內分泌失調情況,請我去新陳代謝科做抽血報告。
報告出來後,新陳代謝科的醫生說:
「喔,沒事,只有過度肥胖,沒有其他問題。」
我:「但是婦產科醫生說我內分泌失調…」(話還沒說完)
新陳代謝科醫生:「我就說你沒事了啦!」(大吼)
我:「可是我經期很亂…」(話一樣沒說完)
她:「你少吃炸雞、少喝可樂就好啦!就說你沒事了!」(大吼)
*先入為主的概念及情緒化字眼讓人感受不佳。
─急診和骨科篇─
急診人員請我們轉骨科看情況,
結果骨科說找不出原因,請我們轉神經外科;
但因為家人痛到心臟也感到不舒服,
骨科請我們先轉急診再次檢查。
急診那邊檢查沒問題了,就請我們回骨科去做檢查。
我跟急診人員說「骨科醫生請我們轉神經外科」,
急診人員卻堅持要我們「回骨科找同個醫生比較好」。
*互推皮球的感覺讓人很難受。
(後續我們有寫院長信箱,但等了兩周都沒有回信。)
─繳費櫃檯─
我的殘障手冊被櫃檯人員弄不見,當下就反應櫃台人員忘記還給我。
櫃台一開始說「你沒給我」,後面又說「我剛剛有還給你了」。(口氣極差)
後面隔壁櫃檯的安撫我,請我去座位上慢慢找,
結果原本口氣差的那位櫃台小姐拿著我的殘障手冊出來還我,
說是掉到電腦主機後方才沒看到。
然後也沒跟我道歉,這種事情發生過「三次」。
寫信投訴院長信箱是說會加強人員訓練,也有道歉了。
但是在那陣子,我害怕到不敢去醫院看診…
- Metabolism -

─Emergency and Orthopedics-
The emergency personnel asked us to refer to the orthopaedic department to see the situation,
As a result, the orthopaedic department said that the reason could not be found, and we asked us to transfer to neurosurgery;
But because of the pain in the family, the heart also felt uncomfortable,
Orthopedics asked us to refer to the emergency department for a re-examination.
There is no problem with the examination at the emergency department, so please send us back to the orthopaedic department for examination.
I told the emergency personnel, "The orthopaedic doctor asked us to transfer to neurosurgery",
The emergency staff insisted that we "would be better off going back to the orthopaedic department to find the same doctor".
* The feeling of pushing the ball to each other is very uncomfortable.
(We wrote the dean's mailbox in the follow-up, but there was no reply after two weeks of waiting.)
─Payment Counter-
My handicap handbook was lost by the counter staff, and the counter staff forgot to return it to me immediately.
The counter said "you didn't give it to me" at first, and then said "I just gave it back to you". (very bad tone)
The person at the counter next to the back comforted me and asked me to go to the seat and look for it slowly,
As a result, the lady at the counter who had a bad tone came out with my handicap handbook and returned it to me.
It was said that it fell to the back of the computer and didn't see it.
Then he didn't apologize to me, this happened "three times".
I wrote a complaint to the dean's mailbox to say that it would strengthen personnel training, and I also apologized.
But at the time, I was too scared to go to the hospital...

高鐵+計程車一天來回,值得, 因為光明勝千金。
感謝洪啟庭醫生救我雙眼,感謝醫療團隊護士熱心親切;還有令人驚艷,強大的眼科診療儀器:視網膜照相顯影:問題一目了然。
今年健診路上突然視網膜剝離,忍痛度過228連假後, 病情惡化,雙眼模糊,一片飄雪,酸痛 。
看了台大團隊 :說再觀察,休息。
看了東區名醫 ,他花了些時間,有發現視網膜出血,但也只是點藥,繼續觀察。
視力嚴重惡化,加上對於這幾位醫生, 診斷結果非常失望 ,立刻 掛號洪啟庭醫生,詢問輔英醫院護士: 台北下去是否來得及。
請假後, 一路高鐵左營,然後計程車,直奔輔英醫院。
醫院的護士非常親切,發現我台北下來, 立刻安排我先進行檢查。
輔英醫院裡面病人不多,
但一到眼科真的嚇死,
我現場超過30多人。
在護士的檢查下 確認我的情況後,進行視網膜 照相顯影 ,讓我非常驚訝,屏東眼科的診所設備這麼強,能媲美大台北,,醫院,,名診所。
見到洪醫生後,他真的很親切,立刻 進行視網膜分析,病情解說。
然後進行的微手術,
過程,洪醫生專業,切下手快速。 過程中我也半信半疑, 直到第二天起床眼睛終於恢復了八成,真的是神醫。
真的感謝他,不然我眼睛再出血下去有失明跟中風的危險。
也幸好輔英醫院有這麼強大的眼科診療儀器與電腦設備,才可以清楚將你視網膜問題投影出來,透過醫生的說明,你才知道問題在哪裡,並非如台北哪些名醫,診所,只是點散瞳, 檢查眼睛,,, 根本找不出真正的問題點。
診療後,
我也聽從洪醫師的建議,
現在吃他研發的明適保,
這一次的診療經驗讓我深深體會到,有病 一定要多看醫生, 然後選出一個最適合自己的療程。

葉黃素還有保養品 真的不要亂吃 ,先前買了這麼多電視上的保養品,吃了,感覺根本沒什麼效。
