★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的是一個非常糟糕的業務體驗！最近因買車跟貴所名叫「福特小喬」的業務聯繫上，但最後沒有跟她成交就被惡言相向，完全無法傾聽我們的聲音甚至直接封鎖非常傻眼！
先說我們覺得她是一個不錯的業務，仔細介紹車子配備，在價格上也能折讓給客人，只是萬萬沒想到最後態度一百八十度大轉變。
當天洽談該業務提到這單會賠錢，讓我們回去後覺得應該不要殺到讓業務賠錢，想說如果幾天內業務很積極也繼續接洽，那這單應該是給她做了。不料又有一位業務也願意給相同Offer，但是態度非常積極，詢問什麼幾乎秒回，反觀這個「福特小喬」已經連續兩天沒詢問我們，因此我們想說可能這單會讓她賠很多，因此算了。
結果簽約當日，這個「福特小喬」業務剛好來到濱江廠，讓我們一陣尷尬。事後，我們想表達我們的歉意，私訊她之後彷彿遇到另一個人，覺得我們不信任他、覺得不被尊重、說我們現在講什麼對她完全沒有用、說我們怎麼想跟她無關、嗆我們不懂這個行業，不要以為沒讓她賠錢是好的 。試問，所以這種情況我跟業務簽約前，客人要先私訊給所有談過的業務才叫尊重業務？本先只是想要表達我們的歉意，卻被冷嘲熱諷一頓。只有成交才會笑臉迎人，對於不買的客人就另一個樣子又不傾聽客人聲音的業務，真的要再三思考！

就把客人給封鎖了。
