店長和其他教練很親切，相處起來很開心也學到不少知識，教練指導訓練時會很有動力
如果沒有使用機械式器材經驗與知識，會推薦教練課，這樣訓練到自己目標會很快達成，過程也可以累積經驗，自助訓練時會比較知道可以怎麼做
