★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在加油員好像都很輕鬆，給他們人工加油，說個金額只要機器按一按就好了，跟他們說取消想再多加一點，結果直接回說:怎麼取消?
如果一開始說個不好意思，機器按下去就沒辦法取消了，讓人還能接受。
回的態度實在讓人不爽，所以員工素質差。
還有3個人一起聊天說話都比客人還大聲
