★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次進匯豐文心，接待員雖然熱心，但會推薦一些不實用的套餐。 保養更換的零件和機油，本以為結帳時會主動給折扣，沒想到付完款後，才發現完全沒有折扣，真是啞巴吃黃蓮。 不要以為客人沒有提，你們就可以不用給折扣 ，如果讓客人知道， 有折扣可以拿，你們卻沒有給，會讓客人的感觀很差。 給兩顆星，算是有保留了。
The first time I entered HSBC Wenxin, although the receptionist was enthusiastic, he would recommend some unpractical packages. I thought I would take the initiative to give discounts when I checked out the parts and oil for maintenance, but I didn't expect to find out that there was no discount at all after paying the bills. I was really dumb. Don't think that if the guest doesn't mention it, you don't need to give the discount. If you let the guest know that there is a discount to take, but you don't give it, it will make the guest feel bad. Two stars are reserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24年前買三菱匯豐威利1100cc箱型車，有向文心店訂購零件，今天特別到匯豐保養領取正廠零件，因為車子性能還不錯!還在使用，因為副廠零件品質不良!提早向公司訂購零件均要等幾天零件才到!零件負責人員特別通知零件已到，現場感謝服務人員親切熱心招待!
I bought a Mitsubishi HSBC Wiley 1100cc box car 24 years ago and ordered parts from Wenxin store. Today, I went to HSBC Maintenance to receive the original factory parts because the car performance is not bad! It is still in use because the auxiliary factory parts are of poor quality! The company has to wait a few days for the parts to arrive! The personnel in charge of the parts specially informs that the parts have arrived, thank the service staff for their kind and warm hospitality!
