★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were extremely helpful when we were not satisfied with the initial room. Have a gym and washing machine and drier. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good and changed each day (note it is a buffet). Location was good as it was close to the MTR. Not much attractions near by but the ease of travel compensate. The Wi-Fi was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this hotel. When I visit taipei I will stay here again. Very clean, comfortable beds, relaxing lobby, excellent shower and bathrooms(hard to find in lower priced hotels in Taiwan). Check in was easy with English speaking staff. The soaps and incidentals were wonderful. I received a soap set as a gift with check-in. The hotel offers a carry with you WiFi device so you wouldn't need taiwan phone. Very near MRT and bus stops. The location is in a very quiet and clean part of town. No sooters, food hawkers or street venders outside late at night making noise. 7-11 very close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: the friendliest staff you will ever meet, the comfiest beds, blankets and pillows. The free breakfast is quite extensive! The location was also amazing - any bus or train stop we needed to go to were within 5 mins walk and there was a 7/11 10m away from the hotel which was so handy. Plus, because the hotel is a little tucked away from the main road, no traffic noise.
Cons: the walls are paper thin... we could clearly hear everything the people in the room opposite and also next to us were saying... and what their friend was saying through Skype as well... really hard to get a good sleep because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad treatment of foreigners during the stay in quarantine. Poor english communication and no flexibility from the reception staff to help customers having a better stay. No interest or focus on the customer, just cash in money and the next customer. The rooms ar fine, a little bit old, with some used furniture and a 20 year old TV set without a free HDMI input, with prices in between 3000-3500 NTD, and for this price YOU DON'T GET ANY MEALS served during the quarantine period, you buy it by yourself Ubereats or Food Panda. Rat treatment for people who chose this location for the quarantine stay.
In other quarantine hotels where I've stayed in Taipei the receptionist offers help and for an extra fee it makes himself the shopping for your groceries, including some cigarettes or a cube of sugar... Without any comments.
Here is not possible this, so 0 Stars from my point of view! If I could I will offer -1 !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at this hotel as one of the designated quarantine hotels for arrivals into Taiwan.
The staff really does everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Quarantine is not an easy period for anyone, but the food options chosen by the staff, and the care (cleaning products offered prior to stay for example, and fast delivery of groceries or other outside orders to the room), really made the stay so much more comfortable. Thank you for all the hard work to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional quarantine hotel. Confusing messages to customers (different instructions for the same thing or even wrong messages) and rude attitude whenever they deliver stuffs (press the doorbell very hard/impatiently and press a lot of times). When we did the PCR test the day before we checked out, we met a lot of customers on the way down and up, it didn’t feel like they control the traffic flow very well. Also the room is very humid, we had to borrow a dehumidifier from the hotel and turn it on all day (we had to empty the water tank twice a day) to feel more comfortable.
