There is nothing authentic or delicious about this place at all. The best way to understand this place is asking if they serve brisket and the manager asks "what is brisket?" Frank has never been to Texas apparently.
BBQ ribs; dry, hard and the only flavor comes from the cheap BBQ sauce added at the last minute. The BBQ chicken is dry and flavorless. The worst part about it is that it is huge so you waste a lot of food or suffer for a long time trying to eat it.
Classic tourist trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order a sirloin steak medium well. Came tough, hard and tasteless. The stuff at the restaurant did not do anything to help or change but ridicule us by telling us that they can cut it in smaller pieces as if we couldn't have done that in the first place. Later, the manager came and changed the steak. The new one was perfect, tender and delicious. Maybe it is wasteful to have sent the first steak away, however, eating it was not enjoyable. I hope the restaurant's kitchen check on the food before sending it out to the customers. In this way, complaints and waste can be avoided. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decor is wonderful. We used to come here and loved it. However, it has changed. The menu seems wide but the chicken burrito was absolutely not TexMex style and had pickled vegetables and mushrooms and quac that may appeal to local tastes but not those familiar with the authentic originals. The nachos felt processed cheese rather than real and were very greasy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tried for the first time, during Level 3 lockdown they are still serving take-out meals. smaller than usual serving size, but price is good. food was very good. owners seem very friendly and nice. will try again when they re-open for dining in. I am American and have had bbq in Texas. I guarantee you won't find any authentic Texas style bbq in Taiwan, so I won't even compare. but from what is available for steak, grill, and bbq around here the food is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried several BBQ spots throughout Taipei and New Taipei city. This place has fall-off-the-bone ribs, delicious tangy BBQ sauce on the ribs, and a pleasant flavour on the mash potato gravy. The coleslaw was the perfect amount of sweet and bitter mixed. Since at this time, takeout was my option due to COVID restrictions, I was able to enjoy hot food before it was cold. Packaged nicely, friendly greeting and front door service, quick parking lot delivery. There was also a CONSTANT flow of takeout orders and people coming in and out of the parking lot to pick up their orders. I will be back for more with friends as soon as I have a chance. Yum yum.
