★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect spot for a nightcap, cocktails and drinks if you want to also lose yourself in the eclectic decor surrounding this interesting watering hole in Taipei. Cocktails at the bar outside on Level 9 seemed a tad bit below par. Bar inside looked like it served a meaner concoction. Service is good. Ambience is on-pointe. Rooftop lounge is very Instagram ready too. Definitely a bar for those trigger-happy wanderlusters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best bars in Taipei, with an awesome up close view of Taipei 101 from the balcony and roof floor. Bartenders are friendly and easy going, and willing to customize a drink for you on weekdays. Please don't expect superb bar service during rush weekend hours, it's not going to be perfect anywhere else too. Music is okay, atmosphere is always fashion and chic. One of a kind experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my default bars in Taipei with a mix of good vibe, view and staff. Service varies however.. and the drinks are strong, but not the best I’ve had. Plus point is that it’s a local hangout joint so you get a local experience.
Relatively crowded on weekdays, so it’s a good choice to soak in the feel, but do go early on weekends or get a table. I think they have quite some to improve in terms of the product.
Do try go level 2. It’s a good view/ atMostphere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frank delivers the upscale lounge experience with a balcony overseeing the famous 101 tower. Extensive bar with specialty cocktails, locating at the heart of many other different night clubs.
The food menu is above average, private booths and tables with more privacy are also available.
DJ booth situated in the center of the venue. Diverse customers, mostly English speaking or at least bilingual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for a view! Music is not good, DJ don’t even looking around if people dancing/moving. Employee in entrance not polite, unfriendly. Only Bar tenders and waitresses are nice.

You can see Taipei 101 from the rooftop. A nice place to meet up with friends while seeing good view/enjoying the great cocktails and food here.
French fires are pretty good too

Chill place for drinks and dancing a bit.
Good vibe in general, only the cocktails are needed to improve..some taste are really awful..my friend can’t even drink it.
