當下去買的時候沒有人來詢問跟服務,然後我看了兩雙不同品牌的登山鞋詢問一位男服務員,我問他哪雙比較不會滑,他竟然回我兩雙都會滑,還用有點鄙視的語氣說你應該要問抓地力吧,我當下傻眼,我難道不知道嗎?但我就是怕滑才會這樣問,你明知道我要問抓地力,也沒有跟我說明兩雙的抓地力的差別,我主動問兩雙鞋底的差別,也沒有回答我的問題,只說看刻紋,但兩雙鞋底的材質結構明顯就不一樣,你也沒有給我說明差別跟優劣,就草草一句刻紋帶過!!之後我說要試穿,他還問我我是要爬山穿的嗎? 我買登山鞋不是登山穿,難道是穿去走秀?
試穿的時候他說建議要穿厚襪子試穿會比較舒服,但我就說沒關係,我穿的襪子算厚,他還一直重複說我還是建議穿自己的厚襪子試穿,說了大概超過3遍,我也說3遍沒關係,還回我你不聽我的建議沒關係,我當下真的很爆氣,我不是不聽建議,而是難道你一直說我就能生出一雙羊毛厚襪嗎!!!
在購買的過程也沒有跟我介紹兩雙鞋的差別,優勢,連我在意的抓地力,還有鞋底的問題都沒有回答道,請問你是來賣東西還是來擺架子!難道還要客人教你怎麼賣嗎???
重點是他說這些話的時候口氣都不是很好,搞得我好像是指試穿不買的客人,但我整個購買過程只花了10-15分鐘,而且當下只有我一個客人,完全沒有浪費到該服務員任何時間!
我不覺得你要態度非常好,但至少把你要賣的東西的優勢劣勢,客人想了解的問題回應給客人,表現出專業度就好⋯⋯⋯但連專業度都非常差,難道貴公司都沒有做足產品教育訓練嗎???
我也不覺得花錢的才是大爺,但如果該服務員要把會花錢的人才當大爺侍奉,我也沒辦法,只能說不會在光顧,也不建議身旁的家人朋友去貴店購買!!!

當時在挑選登山鞋,看到一個很喜歡的款式,因腳型比較大,試穿最大號時,尺寸剛好,但因登山鞋都需要留一指寬,當下因為穿起來很舒適版型也很好看,很想購買。
店員依舊苦口婆心的勸我不要買,因為爬山爬久了腳會腫脹,買了這雙鞋子反而讓妳腳痛。
覺得店員很棒,不會為了賺營業額鼓吹我買下它,而是根據每個客人的需求,去挑選適合的商品給客人???

在墾趣官網注意一雙登山靴很久,這次在巨成無意間逛到墾趣,一走進去因為不懂,所以拿到了女版,問了店員請問可以試穿嗎?他老兄看了我一眼只淡淡的回了一句:「那是女版的」。男版的在那邊用眼神示意了我一個方向之後,繼續轉過去在櫃檯裡用電腦。於是我走過去拿下男版的鞋,再問了他這雙我想要試穿,這次他先停了一下才轉頭看我,這登山鞋版型巴拉巴拉,你有帶厚襪嗎?我試問墾趣官網有說試穿要穿厚襪嗎?我試穿滿意我就買了,你老大從頭到尾沒有任何想走出櫃檯的意思,請問你們墾趣員工教育訓練怎麼教的?
最後發現你們的評論分數除了低,還有至少3則一顆星的評論,商家的回覆也是有回跟沒回一樣。該不會專門回覆的人就是主管,就是今天我遇到的男生店員?
不想上班就辭一辭,我今天也不是試穿好幾雙鞋讓你跑好幾趟,然後還不買。最基本的問答對話就明顯讓人感到店員很不耐煩這件事。強烈建議想要去巨成墾趣的其他人不要在那邊買東西。
