一月底跟友人去染髮 (H男設計師) 設計師遲到、沒有服務業基本的禮儀 一開頭看著我們問「你們想染什麼顏色? 」我們愣一下(還第一次遇到這種)友人問有沒有色卡可參考?他才去拿了兩本 詢問設計師問題 :因我們長期有染髮(白髮),本身之前染的髮色也有退掉,會不會選的顏色染完差異太大? 可能我不是很會表達,本是希望他給我們建議,但設計師回答:「如果會發生這種狀況我今天就不會站在這裡」 上染劑後等待的過程中表示頭皮不舒服 設計師回「是不是心理因素」 再告知「因為我之前有頭皮過敏過 頭皮比較敏感」 設計師回:「那你現在過敏了嗎?」 整場下來上染劑、洗髮、吹髮都沒有詢問客人是否有不適、水溫是否剛好、要怎樣吹整、最後也沒拿大鏡子給我們看背面吹整完的成果…染完的顏色跟選的色卡差異大到本應傻眼但這樣服務態度其實我們也真的不意外了 只能說是一場奇遇記 大開眼界
