J	Julia Janicki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to inquire about a visa, and the woman at the visa office was super unhelpful, condescending and seemed very irritated that I had questions, stating that I could find everything on the website. My situation is actually complicated and I ran around visiting multiple offices and embassies in France and got different answers, so I decided to see if I could be helped here. She ended the whole exchange with "I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A VISA!" The attitude was uncalled for as I genuinely had questions related to obtaining a visa for France, and this should be an appropriate place to ask.

The female staff at the Visa Office seems to lack effective communication skills, and does not seem to know how to handle challenging circumstances surrounding the visa application. She was very condescending and deflects genuine visa inquiries and issues with redundant and rude remarks that offers no proper explanation of how one should proceed with the visa application if there is an issue with it. Quite frankly, this experience itself discourages me from going to France at all. Disappointing and honestly, avoidable and unnecessary.
